How to Grow Sprouts Step by Step:

Pick out the good seeds and put them in the tray. Soak the seeds in water for about 10 hours.

After soaking, layer the seeds on the grid tray evenly. Don’t stack them.

Add enough water into the first layer without the water touching the grid. Do not submerge the seeds into the water, otherwise it will root.

Cover the tray with paper or cotton gauze, or just with the lid in the seedling tray set. Change the water 1-2times a day to avoid breeding bacteria and odor smell.

When the buds start to grow 1cm height, open the cover, sprinkle water for 3-5 times every day.

The seed’s germination time varies from 3-10 days. Before harvest, put them in the sunlight for 2-3 hours to increase chlorophyll.
Note:
This plant tray is perfect for medium to large seeds. Beware not to put too many seeds to soak as they will expand and then the seeds won't have enough space for the roots to find their way through the holes to reach the water in the bottom tray.
It is recommended to put about 70% of the surface of the green tray of dry seeds to soak in water for 2-3 days until you see the sprouts emerging, then lay the seeds in one flat layer on the white tray with the holes.
Spray the seeds on top for the first few days to keep them moist while their roots will find their way through the holes (you might have to guide a few if your seeds are tight).
Keep the lid on during the day and on at night to keep moisture. Once the seeds have a stem and a few leaves you can keep the lid off and make sure to keep some water in the bottom tray.
It takes about 2 weeks for you to have a batch ready to use in a salad or as a garnish for a sandwich.
