Order Handling Time

We processes orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 2-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day.

Please note that we don't ship on weekends. 

What Orders Qualify For Free Shipping?

All orders over 35USD that are free shipping with tracking numbers. For orders below 35USD, we will charge 4.99USD shipping fee.  We usually ship to USA, UK, Canada, Norway, Sweden, Ireland ... most of the countries in the world. 

Delivery Time

Most orders will arrive between 7-15 business days.

If we are experienceing a high volume of orders, or bad weather, or Covid-19 influence, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email support@luckybudmall.com.

The delivery time is based on the shipping option that you have chosen. Once the order has shipped, we will email your tracking information on the next day as tracking information generally becomes available 24 hours after we have shipped the order.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.

We will email your tracking information as soon as your order has shipped. Usually you will receive the tracking number one day after we have shipped your order.

If something is still missing, please contact us immediately. We will resend as soon as possible or money back.

 

In some cases, products from outside of your home country require additional taxes, such as import taxes and customs, to be paid. This depends on the product and destination country.

Also, domestic taxes may apply in different scenarios. Any and all such taxes will be under the responsibility of the customer only, and we will not be held responsible for these. 

All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse in China. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. 

Please contact us if you do not receive tracking confirmation after 5 business days from the day you completed your payment.

In any case, all items should arrive within our declared shipping schedules. If for some reason the items do not arrive when they should, please contact us.

Sometimes items from the same order will have to be packaged and sent separately, due to logistical reasons.
